Living Gluten Free & Corn Free

Some of us do not have a choice about what we eat everyday. Some of us do not get cheat days where we can eat "just a little bit" of something. Some of us are not eating gluten free just because it is a fad diet. I am living wheat free and corn free because I have to and I understand the struggle of trying to find somewhere to eat. I decided to write about places that I have eaten at successfully just to make it a tiny bit easier for those who have to be careful about what they eat.
